Julie Smith

Julie Smith has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting within the tech industry. Currently serving in a talent role at Greylock since April 2012, Julie focuses on product management hiring needs for the firm's portfolio and organizes the Greylock Techfair. Prior to Greylock, Julie was the Head of University Recruiting at Mozilla Corporation from October 2007 to March 2012, where notable contributions included organizing Mozilla's first World Series of Hack and significantly expanding the internship program. Julie's career began at MindSource Inc. as a recruiter, where relationships with established companies and startups were cultivated. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in International Business from Santa Clara University and a D.U.T in Services et Reseaux de Communication from Institut Universitaire de Technologie.
