José Octávio Sierra Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. José Octávio initially worked as a Chemical Process Trainee at ArcelorMittal, where they focused on the pickling and acid regeneration process. Afterward, José worked as a Technical Research Assistant at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they developed biotechnological process scale-up and mathematical models for biomedical devices. José Octávio Sierra Fernandez received their education at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. José Octávio obtained a Doctor of Engineering (EngD.) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree in Chemical Process Technology from 2015 to 2017. José Octávio also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from 2007 to 2015 and a degree in Food Engineering from 2007 to 2014.
