MacEagon Voyce

Co-Founder at Grey Matter

MacEagon Voyce is a writer, editor, and talent acquisition specialist with over a decade of experience in the media and entertainment industries. A native of New York City, Voyce began their career as a freelance journalist, writing for VICE Media and other publications. In 2015, they joined Frontrunner Magazine as a writer and editor, quickly becoming the lead contributor to the music vertical and co-host of the Frontrunner podcast.

In 2016, Voyce transitioned to 33Across Inc., where they served as Director of Talent Acquisition and Captain of Culture. In this role, they led all recruitment efforts for the company, placing talent across 33Across's multinational presence. MacEagon also developed internal recruiting materials, managed visa processing, and wrote internal meditation programs.

Most recently, Voyce co-founded Grey Matter || The Music Community, a platform that provides resources and opportunities for music industry professionals.

MacEagon Voyce has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Carleton College, and has taken Fundamentals of Storytelling from New York University. MacEagon is certified as a Meditation Teacher from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, and has a Coursera Course Certificate in Miracles of Human Language: An Introduction to Linguistics.
