Charu Palni

Charu Palni is a Senior Manager in Business HR at GreyOrange, where responsibilities include the redesign of organizational structure and development of a high-performance culture, alongside additional roles in HR4HR and Strategic Program Management. Prior to this, Charu served as the Asia Regional Lead for People Analytics and Talent Intelligence at Intel Corporation, collaborating with HR leaders across multiple countries. Experience also includes working as a Program Manager in People Operations at GreyOrange and internships in various HR and analytics roles at companies such as Mondelēz International, GE Energy Connections, and DuPont. Charu holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
