Neely Rosen

Neely Rosen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, Neely is the Chief Financial Officer at Greyson Clothiers, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Neely was a Member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering senior women leaders. Neely's experience as a CFO includes serving at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA from 2018 to 2021, where they oversaw finance and accounting strategies for a large association. Neely also worked at URBN, the parent company of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, and Free People, from 2010 to 2018. There, they held the roles of Director of Financial System Integrations and Chief Audit Executive, leading significant transformations and internal audit activities. Before URBN, Neely worked at Campbell Soup Company as a Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant Manager in various capacities from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, Neely has experience as a Sunday school teacher at Har Zion, focusing on Jewish cultural studies. They began their career at Grant Thornton, LLP as a Manager in Financial Services from 1999 to 2004.

Neely Rosen, CPA, MBA has a diverse education background. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Neely later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Risk and Strategic Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business between 2007 and 2009.

In 2009, Neely earned a certificate in Global Human Capital Management from The Wharton School. Additionally, they briefly studied International Business at the University of Manchester, England in 1998.
