Sébastien Paillé

Sébastien Paillé is a seasoned technical executive with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Directeur technique at GREYSTAL since June 2022, Sébastien is a member of the management committee and oversees the continuous improvement of services and maintenance. Prior roles include leading a 12-person team in research and industrialization at SIAM - Groupe DIS, and functioning as Lead Engineer at Webasto Group, where international project management was key. Experience extends to production management at ACI and Matinox, product management at ACS, and technical consultancy in various capacities. Sébastien holds a certificate from ESPACE Sbarro and a BTS in Carrosserie, alongside ongoing professional development.
