Barry van Reenen

Barry van Reenen serves as the NL Regional Technical Property Manager at Greystar since October 2021, overseeing technical property management for approximately 5,000 residential units in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Barry held positions at Atrium Vastgoedmanagement from January 2020 to September 2021, managing the technical operations of the New Babylon complex in The Hague and overseeing significant maintenance projects. Barry also worked as a Technical Manager at MVGM from September 2017 to December 2019, contributing to the merger of Verwey Vastgoed and MVGM. Earlier in Barry's career, experience included roles at Erdo BV as a Roofer Calculator, where project calculations for new builds and renovations were a focus, and at BubbleDeck International LWC as a Sales Support / Project Leader, responsible for evaluating bids and coordinating proposal activities.
