Benjamin Underwood

Benjamin Underwood, CPM®, is an accomplished leader in the multifamily industry, currently serving as Director at Greystar. With over twenty years of progressive experience, Benjamin has managed various asset classes throughout the development and stabilization cycles in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets. Previously, Benjamin held positions as Regional Director at Brookfield Properties, Vice President of Residential at Saul Centers, Inc., Regional Manager at The Bainbridge Companies, and Community Manager at Archstone. Benjamin earned a degree from George Mason University between 2002 and 2006.
