Chad L. Winters, MBA, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate development, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Greystar since May 2022. With prior experience as a Development Manager at Westbank Corp and Burrard Properties, Chad has successfully overseen complex high-rise projects and all phases of commercial real estate, from financial feasibility to construction management. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Venture General Contracting and Project Manager at Toll Brothers, where Chad led master-planned residential communities. Chad's career began in the United States Air Force, serving as a pilot and flight commander, accumulating nearly 2,500 flight hours and leading missions globally. Chad holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and certificates in Real Estate Investing & Analysis from The Wharton School and Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington.
