Christine Morrison, SPHR, is a high-performing Senior Director of People & Culture at Greystar, where they lead HR initiatives to support business goals in the Americas. With over 20 years of experience, Christine has a strong background in HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management, having also served as a HR Consultant and Director at several notable firms including Sylvan Road Capital and Doosan. They are committed to improving organizational culture and efficiency through strategic collaboration and process enhancement. Currently pursuing a BSBA in Management with a concentration in HR at the University of Central Florida, Christine continues to deepen their expertise in the field.
