Daniel Breeden

Daniel Breeden has extensive experience in the real estate investment and development sectors, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Greystar since May 2015. Daniel has held multiple leadership roles within Greystar, including Managing Director, Senior Director, Director, Senior Investment Associate, Investment Associate, and Investment Analyst. Prior to Greystar, Daniel worked as a Development Analyst at Collett from August 2014 to May 2015 and gained experience as a Relationship Manager at Variant Perception and an Account Manager at Elevation LLC in 2013. Additionally, Daniel began a career in marketing as an intern at WestEnd Advisors, LLC in 2012. Daniel holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
