Daniel Farina

Daniel Farina is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Greystar in Brazil since February 2024, Daniel leads the development of HR strategy alongside compliance, talent management, and change management processes. Previously, as the Head of Human Resources at Aplanadora, responsibilities included recruitment management and the design of compensation structures. Daniel's extensive tenure at Dell Technologies encompassed roles as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, where contributions spanned Latin America and Canada. Prior experiences include positions at Neoris and Tata Consultancy Services focused on recruitment and HR coordination. Daniel holds an MBA in Human Resources from USCS and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
