Dawn Duckhorn

Dawn Duckhorn currently serves as the Manager of Business Systems Administration for Owned Assets at Greystar, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Dawn held the role of Director of Business Systems at Core Spaces from February 2022 to July 2025 and served as Director of Property Systems for Student at Greystar from November 2018 to February 2022. Dawn’s extensive experience in the field began at EdR Collegiate Housing, where roles included Operations Project Lead, Property Support Manager, Training and Support Manager, Property Support Coordinator, and Property Support Specialist from March 2007 to October 2018.
