Elise Gaston

Elise Gaston currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations at Greystar, where responsibilities include leading the Employee Relations/Human Resources Team and guiding strategic initiatives for over 23,000 employees across multiple business lines in 49 states. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant, focusing on proactive HR strategies for small-to-medium organizations, and Division Director of Employee Relations at Baylor Scott & White Health, where innovative employee relations programs were developed to enhance company culture. Other positions held include Director of Human Resources at Concentra and Independent Consultant prior to that. Elise holds a BA in Sociology and Communications from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and has pursued a Master's program in Human Resources at The University of Dallas.
