Erica Rangel

Erica Rangel is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in portfolio management. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Portfolio Manager at Greystar since October 2020, Erica has previously held the position of Regional Portfolio Manager at Essex Property Trust, where management of a San Francisco portfolio of approximately 3,000 homes resulted in a year-over-year gross income growth of 4.66% in 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Portfolio Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group and South Bay Regional Manager and Property Manager at Equity Residential. Erica Rangel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Santa Clara University, following studies at the University of Southern California.
