Jeff Heilman

Jeff Heilman is the Director of Preconstruction for the Southwest Region at Greystar, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic and tactical business leadership within the construction industry. Previously, Heilman served as Vice President of Preconstruction at JPI Companies, where they led a team of estimators and significantly increased regional production volume. Their extensive background includes roles as a Senior Estimator at Lennar Multifamily Communities and Suffolk Construction, where they improved estimating processes and efficiencies. Heilman began their career at ISEC, Inc. and also worked as a Financial Consultant for LAUSD’s construction bond program. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University.
