Julia Hong

Julia Hong has an extensive background in development and acquisitions within the real estate sector, currently serving as an Associate at Greystar since July 2020, following progressive roles including Senior Analyst in both Development & Acquisitions and Development & University Partnerships, and Analyst in Development & University Partnerships. Prior experience encompasses an Asset Management Internship at NNC Apartment Ventures, a Research Internship at Triqor Group, and internships in finance and project management at Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters and Credit One Bank, respectively. Julia began her professional journey as a Sales Associate at Pacific Sunwear. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The George Washington University School of Business, completed in 2020, after graduating from The Orange Lutheran High School in 2016.
