Nils Humpf

Nils Humpf is currently an Analyst in Acquisitions & Development at Tishman Speyer, having joined in September 2024. Prior to this role, Nils completed an internship in Real Estate Private Equity at Ardian for a brief period in July and August 2024. Nils has also interned at Art-Invest Real Estate, where responsibilities included supporting the project team on technical and commercial aspects as well as assisting in fund management activities for four real estate funds. Experience at CBRE Germany involved working as an intern in Valuation & Advisory Services, contributing to various valuation projects. Nils began as a student assistant in Urban Design at Technical University Dortmund, providing support to students in their urban development projects. Nils holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Planning from TU Dortmund University.
