Keith Cheong

Keith Cheong is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Investments at Greystar since November 2024, Keith previously held the position of Vice President of Investments at CIM Group, L.P. from 2019 to 2024, where the focus was on middle-market infrastructure and growth equity investments. Prior to that, Keith worked as a Private Equity Associate at IFC AMC from 2014 to 2016, specializing in energy transition and infrastructure investments. The investment banking career at Rothschild spanned from 2011 to 2014, centered around project finance modeling and transaction document preparation. Keith holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Class of 2018) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne (2008-2011).
