Kevin Sheehan is a seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Managing Director at Greystar since October 2010, Kevin has previously held significant leadership roles, including President at The Bainbridge Companies and Sr. Vice President at The Bozzuto Group. At The Bainbridge Companies, Kevin managed a diverse portfolio of 9,500 units across multiple states, working closely with financial institutions and expanding the fee management portfolio. At The Bozzuto Group, responsibility included a 12,000-unit portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Vice President at AIMCO, where operational oversight included 14,500 apartment units in the Washington DC area, and as Operations Director at Regus, focusing on aggressive business expansion in the flexible office space market.
