Kim Max

Kim Max is an experienced professional in real estate operations and higher education administration with a solid track record in community management, budget oversight, and staff development. Since joining Greystar in 2010, Kim has held various leadership roles, currently serving as Director of Real Estate Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Community Manager at EdR Collegiate Housing, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing a substantial operational budget, and improving facilities for student accommodation. Kim also served as Residence Director at Syracuse University, overseeing student engagement and code of conduct enforcement while managing large teams and collaborating with faculty for community learning initiatives. Kim holds a Master’s degree in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
