Lance Hanna

Lance Hanna, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and finance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Development at Greystar since July 2012, Lance previously held the role of Director of Financial Services at Northwest Bible Church, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for a 1,400-member congregation. Additional experience includes Vice President of Investments at Inland American Communities Group, Inc., and Vice President and Development Partner at JPI, where Lance focused on multifamily and mixed-use developments in university markets. Initial career roles included Investment Associate at SSR Realty Advisors and Acquisitions Analyst at GE Capital, as well as a Business Process and I.T. Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
