Lauren Morgan

Lauren Morgan has extensive experience in real estate management, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of Real Estate at Greystar since January 2017, where responsibility includes overseeing the Property Management Division of Conventional Owned Assets for both Development and Investment in North America. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Greystar, including Managing Director and Senior Director, overseeing multifamily assets across several key U.S. markets and managing significant portfolios. Prior to joining Greystar, Lauren served as Regional Vice President of Operations at JRK Property Holdings, managing 17 multifamily properties across multiple states, and held supervisory and management roles at CRES Management, Grand Peaks, Pace Realty, and AV Property Management, beginning in 1999.
