Linda Boyd

Linda Boyd has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at BH Management Services, LLC since February 2014 and simultaneously at Greystar since December 2011. At Greystar, Linda manages 524 unit B-Class properties undergoing major renovations and has successfully trained and led a team of 12 to maintain an average occupancy rate of 94%. Previously, Linda held the position of Community Manager at Camden Property Trust from July 2007 to December 2011, where management of 380 unit B-Class properties led to recognition with the Community of the Year award in 2009 and the ROIC of the Year for effective budget management and pricing strategies.
