Lynne Churillo

Lynne Churillo is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Real Estate at Greystar since January 2024. Previously, Lynne held multiple leadership roles at Wood Partners, including Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President, from April 2022 to February 2024. Lynne also served as Director of Inside Sales and Business Development at Grace Hill from January 2020 to April 2022 and held the position of Senior Regional Manager at ZRS Management from May 2018 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Lynne worked at Greystar as Senior Regional Property Manager and had significant roles at RAM Partners, LLC and ZOM. Lynne Churillo earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University, graduating between 1982 and 1986.
