Melissa Rhoades has extensive experience in talent acquisition and career services, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Greystar since April 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director of Career Services at both ITT Technical Institute-Austin from May 2013 to August 2018 and Everest Institute from March 2006 to March 2012. Melissa began her professional career as an ESL Teacher at Dallas International School, where Melissa worked from August 1995 to September 2005. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas Tech University.
