Neil Nicholson

Neil Nicholson is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Director at Greystar since September 2011. In this role, Neil focuses on sourcing, processing, and executing project development for Greystar's owned assets in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. Prior to becoming a Senior Director, Neil held positions as a Director and Financial Associate, where responsibilities included producing Investment Committee memos, facilitating debt and equity sourcing, and leading due diligence for acquisitions. Neil's experience also includes an internship at Trademark Property Company, where contributions spanned multiple departments, and an internship at NAI Huff Partners.
