Tobi Colls

Tobi Colls, CAM, currently serves as Lease Up Community Manager at Middleburg Communities, beginning in March 2023, with a focus on hiring and managing project deadlines during construction. Tobi has an extensive background in property management, having previously worked as a Property Manager at FirstKey Homes and Grubb Properties, as well as serving as Property Director at Wood Partners. Prior experience includes senior roles such as Senior Property Manager at David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd, and managing luxury lease-up communities while at Questar Properties. Tobi began a career in real estate management with Mills Properties, Inc., progressing from Operations Coordinator to Assistant Manager and Property Manager. Tobi holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Harris Stowe State University.
