Tonya Howard

Tonya Howard is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in overseeing community operations. Currently serving as a Senior Community Manager at Greystar since May 2015, Tonya manages all aspects of both association and rental entities, ensuring financial and operational success. Prior to this, Tonya held the position of Property Manager at Market Street Group LLC from December 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing over 250 homes, conducting inspections, handling rent collections, and maintaining strong tenant and vendor relations while supervising a team of seven. Tonya holds an Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee State College, earned between 2001 and 2004.
