Prior to this role, Arslan held positions at the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin. With educational backgrounds in Conservation Biology & Zoology, Global Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion, Arslan is devoted to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the environmental and conservation sectors.
