Tracey Carboun

Tracey Carboun is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the education and training sector of the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Education and Training at Greystar since July 2020, Tracey has also held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Performance Strategy and Regional Performance Director at Alliance Residential Company from January 2000 to July 2020. Earlier in the career, Tracey worked as a Business Manager/Trainer at BRE Properties and as a Business Manager at Trammell Crow Residential. Tracey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications-Business from Arizona State University, completed in 1993.
