Wil Hogue

Wil Hogue is an experienced professional in real estate development and investment with a robust background in industrial projects. Currently serving as Principal at Sonata Real Estate Consultants since October 2020, Wil specializes in market research, business strategy, and the development of both speculative and built-to-suit industrial projects. Prior to this, Wil held multiple positions at Greystar from July 2021 to July 2024, progressing from Associate to Director in Industrial Development. Additional experience includes roles as Area Manager at Valley Income Properties, Inc. and as a Treasury Management Officer and Credit Analyst Officer at Alliance Bank of Arizona. Wil holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing, Spanish, and Management from South Dakota State University.
