Luis Ortega

Luis Ortega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and graphic design. At GreyStone Power Corporation since November 2015, Luis has served as an Information Technology Business Analyst and System Support Specialist, along with responsibilities in Member Services. Prior to this, Luis Ortega operated as a Graphic Designer through a personal venture since February 2005. Experience at NCR Corporation from May 2012 to 2015 included roles as a Technical Support specialist and Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where Luis coordinated global equipment logistics and delivered exceptional customer service while assisting Spanish-speaking teams. Additionally, at Blockbuster from March 2009 to March 2012, Luis held the position of Shift Lead, overseeing sales staff and ensuring operational excellence. Luis Ortega holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, earned between 2005 and 2008.
