Erik Peticolas is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an On Site Engineer at Greystone Technology since June 2021, Erik specializes as an IT Generalist without a singular area of expertise. Prior experience includes a Service Engineer role at All Covered from June 2013 to June 2021 and a TI Team Lead position at ACT Conferencing from June 2005 to May 2013, where Erik led a team of six Technical Engineers while managing maintenance and administration of various systems, including Windows PCs and specialized networking technologies. Additional roles at QC Data, BVRP Software, and Global Crossing further developed Erik's technical expertise, with responsibilities ranging from quality assurance to product support for network and software systems. Erik's academic background includes studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Adams State University.
