Trevor Duvall is an IT Technical Engineer at Greystone Technology since July 2022, specializing in support for both Windows and Mac OS workstations, as well as Windows server environments in physical and virtual settings. Prior experience includes a role as a Tier II Technical Support Analyst and Hardware Specialist at LeafTech Consulting from August 2021 to July 2022, where Trevor provided support for Windows and iOS devices, managed user accounts in Active Directory and MS Office 365, and resolved various hardware and service desk issues through effective client communication and ticketing systems. Trevor Duvall holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology obtained from Full Sail University in December 2022, and previously earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the same institution in October 2021.
