Kim Butler

Kim Butler is the Founder and Principal of Greywolf Consulting Services, a venture established in April 2025 to support Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Corporate clients with Recruitment, Customer Discovery, and Acquisition Discovery services. Previously, Butler served as Vice President of Business Development at Halo Industries, Inc. from April 2021 to April 2025, leading efforts in talent acquisition and business development in the semiconductor sector. A prior tenure as Principal at Greywolf Consulting spanned from 1990 to December 2021, with earlier roles including Business Development Executive Advisor at Maja Systems and Venture Partner at Wingspan Ventures. Butler has extensive experience in staffing and recruiting within the semiconductor industry, holding positions at Applied Materials and AMD. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management and Labor Relations from California State University, Chico.
