Khushy Aggarwal

Khushy Aggarwal has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Economics Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Grader at Amherst College. In 2016, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, where they worked on strategic projects for clients and eventually became a Senior Associate Consultant. In 2019, they briefly worked at The Bridgespan Group as a Senior Associate Consultant before joining Drip Capital as a Senior Strategy Associate and later becoming the Chief of Staff. Currently, as of December 2021, Khushy is a Co-Founder at GRG India.

Khushy Aggarwal completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Economics and Mandarin Chinese from Amherst College, from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, Khushy briefly studied at Hamilton College through the Associated Colleges China program. Prior to college, Khushy attended Dhirubhai Ambani International School from 2010 to 2012, where he/she completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Before that, from 2000 to 2010, Khushy studied at Cathedral and John Connon School, completing the Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE) qualification. Additionally, Khushy has obtained certifications in Climate Change - Learning for Action from Terra.do, and in PM School bootcamp from PM School.
