Paulo Barradas is a seasoned executive leading multiple organizations in various capacities. As the Chief Executive Officer at Restart Capital PT and an Executive Committee Member at Arrow Global Group since 2022, Paulo plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. Additionally, Paulo serves as Chief Transaction Officer at Norfin and is a Board Member for Details Hotels & Resorts and VIRIATO.
