Joel Danforth

Joel Danforth is an energy visionary with extensive experience in project and program management within the energy sector. They served as Project Manager at ECOtality and as Program Manager and later Distributed Energy Resources Manager at Platte River Power Authority. Currently, Joel holds the position of Sr. Director for Equitable Community Solar at GRID Alternatives. They previously worked as Energy Programs Director at United Power, Inc. and held various roles including Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy and Logistics Supervisor at the American Red Cross. Joel earned a BS in Energy Infrastructure with a minor in Physics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
