Joanna Malinowska

Joanna Malinowska is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in building and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Grid Dynamics since May 2022, Joanna previously held the position of HR Generalist at adCookie, where significant achievements included establishing the HR department, designing onboarding and offboarding processes, and implementing development mechanisms.
