Lolita Rusanova

Lolita Rusanova has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Lolita started their career at Adelina Call Center as a Customer Services Agent in June 2016. In 2018, they worked as an English Teacher while being self-employed. From 2014 to 2017, Lolita served as the Deputy Chairman of the Student Alliance at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute." In 2020, they joined Daxx - by Grid Dynamics and held the positions of Lead Generation Specialist/Marketing Researcher and Recruitment Researcher. Lolita then moved to Grid Dynamics in the same year and took on various HR roles including Senior HR Operations Specialist/HR Operations Team Lead and Human Resources Administrator. Their responsibilities primarily focused on recruitment, sourcing candidates, lead generation, and HR operations.
