Olha Maiesh

Olha Maiesh is an experienced engineering manager and quality assurance professional currently working at Grid Dynamics since November 2021. In this role, Olha develops and implements testing strategies, creates test plans, and oversees test scenario execution while conducting technical reviews and introducing advanced testing methodologies. Prior to this, Olha held positions at TSTech as a Senior QA Automation Engineer and QA Mentor, focusing on automating tests and implementing best practices. Experience at JBW Soft included designing and creating test cases, while earlier roles at SynergyUp and Open Whisper Systems involved manual testing and bug reporting. Olha holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with a focus on quality control and management from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.
