Pavel Belikov

Pavel Belikov has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Pavel started their career as a SQL, PL/SQL & APEX Developer at The Saint-Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, where they worked on database design and intranet development. Later, at ITMO University, they became the Head of Intranet Development and Systems Integration, managing the design and programming of core intranet applications. Pavel also led the efforts on developing a low-code rapid application development framework. Currently, Pavel is working at Grid Dynamics as a Team Lead / Principal Frontend Engineer, overseeing mission-critical applications for clients in the financial and manufacturing sectors. Pavel is responsible for building solutions from idea to production, with a focus on UI development.

Pavel Belikov earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics from ITMO University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Pavel then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Databases from ITMO University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2009. Belikov also holds several additional certifications, including Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert (2012) and Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate (2013). Additionally, they have certifications in server-side development with NodeJS (2016), PRINCE2 Foundation (2016), Introduction to CSS3 (2017), and Leaders of innovations for global universities (2016).
