Roman Gryshchenko

Roman Gryshchenko has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Grid Dynamics since October 2013, with previous roles including Lead Engineering Manager, Business Analyst, Engineering Manager of the Analytics practice, and QA Automation Engineer. Prior experience includes a short tenure as a QA Engineer at MobiDev and as an Electrical Engineer at Tyazhpromavtomatika, where responsibilities involved programming micro-controllers and designing automated systems. Additionally, Roman held the position of Content Manager/Interpreter for the Ukrainian Tennis Portal. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," supplemented by a research project at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
