Selena Misovic

Selena Misovic is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the HR Location Lead at Grid Dynamics since February 2019. In this role, Selena is responsible for the creation and maintenance of HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, managing payroll and benefits, and overseeing HR budget management. With a solid background that includes previous positions as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist, Selena has developed expertise in employee onboarding, performance management, and corporate culture development. Earlier experience includes roles at BDO as an HR Payroll Specialist and at Adecco Serbia as an HR Administrator, where Selena sharpened skills in payroll management, HR consulting, and contract development. Selena holds a degree in Economics, Business Management, and Statistics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade.
