Joy Doyle

Joy Doyle has worked in a variety of communications roles since 2004. Joy started at National Express as Head of Media Relations, then moved to Virgin Atlantic Airways as International PR Manager in 2011. In 2012, they joined British Gas as Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager and then moved to TUI in 2015, where they held the roles of Head of Communications - TUI UK&Ireland and TUI Group UK Spokesperson, UK Corporate Spokesperson and Senior Manager Media Relations, and General Manager - External Communications. In 2019, they joined Grid Edge as Head Of Marketing Communications and also worked as a Communications Consultant for Next Level PR. Her current role is External Communications Lead at Severn Trent, which they started in 2022.

Joy Doyle attended Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Relations with European Languages.
