Vinayak Iyer

Vinayak Iyer is an experienced professional in the esports and gaming industry, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at GRID esports since June 2021, where responsibilities include ideating and strategizing commercially viable projects while maintaining key client relationships. Prior to this, Vinayak completed a mandatory internship at GRID esports, gaining experience across various teams, including commercial partnerships, operations, and product development. As a Co-Founder of Pacando, Vinayak successfully developed a fantasy gaming product within three weeks, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen despite funding challenges. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant at BDO, focusing on consulting, due diligence, and tax-efficient deal structuring. Vinayak holds a Master's in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
