Before their career in energy, Bruce worked as a Regional Manager at Northeast Utilities.

Bruce Sher received their Master of Science in Energy Management from the University of Pennsylvania, their Bachelor of Science in BioPhysics from the University of Michigan, and their Certification from Acclaim Badging in Blockchain.
