Bill Phelps

William Phelps is currently the Vice President of Land at Grid United, a company focused on building electric transmission infrastructure across the country. Previously, William held positions such as Director of Land and Right of Way at TRC Companies, Sr. ROW Project Manager at Enbridge, Managing Director at The Salem Professional Services Group, Inc., Manager at Cassidy Turley, and Transmission Supervisor Real Estate at Ameren. William also served as the School Board President at CUSD #4 School Board for several years and has a background in agriculture with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. William has extensive experience in land management and development projects in the energy sector.
