Christina Tamayo

Christina Tamayo is a seasoned project manager currently employed at Grid United since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Co-President of the CleanTech Association at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from May 2021 to April 2022, where programming catered to sustainability and renewable energy was developed. Christina held the position of Corporate Development and Innovation Associate at Waste Management, focusing on corporate strategy and innovation, and recently interned at VC Fuel analyzing investment opportunities. A distinguished veteran of the US Army, Christina held various leadership roles including Senior Planner and Commander, managing significant personnel and resources. Christina earned an MBA from Rice Business in 2022 and a BS in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011.
